Process Coordinator

Job Description:

The Process Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient execution of business processes through meticulous coordination of all associated flowcharts. Their primary responsibility entails ensuring that all steps within a flowchart are executed within predefined timelines. Moreover, they are tasked with disseminating pertinent information to all stakeholders involved in the workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the execution of all steps within business process flowcharts.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per established timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the workflow.
• Maintain a keen attention to detail in the execution of flowchart tasks.
• Uphold a cooperative and polite demeanor in interactions with colleagues.

• Meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female.
• Residence: Must reside within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes from the office. (Office at Sec 82 JLPL Mohali).
• Any Graduate with good knowledge of MS Excel (Knowledge of working on Google Sheets preferred).
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility.
• Own conveyance is a must.
