- Tele-calling of customers and assist them in their loan application journey.
- Understanding of customers financial needs and offer custom solutions
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
- Meet monthly targets of lead conversion and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer issues
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with Banks/ NBFCs and/ or unsecured loan products to be added advantage.
