Role & responsibilities

• LUBE OIL REACTORS, GREASE REACTORS: Reactors, storage tanks: Prepare Mechanical Design for New Equipment to be Fabricated
• DATA SHEET: Prepare Mechanical data sheet for New Equipment to be Fabricated
• LUBE OIL SMALL PACK: Small Pack FILLING Machine 250, 500, 900 ml, 1,3,3.5, 5 ltr – for lube oil, Greases – 100, 200,250, 500 gram, 1,2,3,5,7.5,10 kg
• PUMPS, VALVES: Select pumps for Lube base oil unloading, loading, mixing, transfer etc, SELECT VALVES ETC, PLAN AUTOMATION.
• MIXING SYSTEM: to do designing of on line mixing system for lube oil, mixing of grease etc.
• GREASE REACTOR: to set up grease mfg plant for range of greases – wheel bearing Grease, Multipurpose Greases, high temperature grease etc.
• LUBE BLENDING PLANT: designing of Lube blending plant with minimum labour.
• BULK STORAGE FOR BASE OIL: to get the set up for storage of Base oil, with piping to unload base oil, transfer to all reactors etc.
• UTILITY SYSTEM DESIGNING: To design all utility system for Filling machine, weigh bridge, barrel filling machine, select compressor, thermic fluid for heating, steam boiler for various heating – tankers, iso tanks etc
• Prepare Enquiries, Evaluate Vendor Quotation and Make Recommendations for all New Equipment
• Fabrication: Appoint fabricators of Lube Blenders, storage tanks, to carry out erecting, carry maintenance etc
• Plan QUALITY SYSTEM for fabrication of Plant and Machinery
• Application of protective coating: to select coating and finalise vendor for application.
• Maintain Document and Assets Register.: To update the register, do verifaction of the same every year.
