Job description:

Review the creditworthiness of potential customers by examining their credit history, income, and other financial information.

Make informed decisions regarding loan approvals, limits, and terms

Monitor loan performance, identify early warning signs, and take corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with underwriting teams to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.

Approve or Reject Loan based on credit modules and risk assessments.

Engage with customers, builders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.. 

Lead a team of credit officers and analysts.

Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure consistent decision-making.

Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional development.
