Role & responsibilities

1. Operational Management: Oversee the day to day operations within the zone in regard to sales, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity.

2.Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies' to achieve revenue targets and market share growth from the particular assigned region

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Manage strong relationship with existing clients

3.Team Leadership : Lead, Mentor and develop a team of sales, service, and support staff

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide candid feedback

Foster a collaborative and high performance work culture

4. Client Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support

Address client issues and complaints promptly and effectively

Gather client feedback and implement Improvement's

5. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the zone's budget, including revenue forecasts and expense control

analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to meet financial goals

6. Compliance and reporting : Ensure compliance with company policies, Industry regulations and legal requirements

Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, sales and financial metrics
