Roles & Responsibilities.

Recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, managing cash flow, and preparing financial reports ensure the organizations accounts are accurate and up-to-date.

Issuing invoices, tracking incoming payments, and implementing collection strategies help maintain cash flow and minimize overdue balances.

Processing supplier invoices, scheduling payments, and reconciling accounts ensures timely payments while maintaining accurate records.

Accurately entering, verifying, and approving invoices ensures smooth and compliant financial operations.

Executing approved payments and reconciling them with invoices maintains financial accuracy and vendor satisfaction.

Ensuring compliance through timely tax filings, accurate calculations, and strategic planning minimizes tax liabilities.

Recording, updating, and tracking fixed assets ensures accurate financial reporting and depreciation management.

Calculating and filing PF, PT, and TDS on time ensures statutory compliance and avoids penalties.

Requirements.

Min 1 year accounting experience SAP ERP.

Excellent accounting knowledge.

Ability to process data and generate reports.

Basic understanding of taxation and statutory audit.

Good To Have.

Self learner and self motivator, ability to learn quick, ability to collaborate and work, team member.

Eligible Candidates.

Desired Qualification: Commerce graduate (CA will be preferred).

Work Experience: 1 -2 years.
