Market Intelligence

• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
• Gather market information on consumer insights , competitor activities and product information in the assigned territory
• Monitor competitors product quality by collecting samples and sending the same to factory for analysis

Lead Generation

• Conduct various activities such as influencer meets, applicator trainings, sampling activities, product training to retailers, etc as per the CASC plan approved by Head CASC to create awareness of BW products
• Identify, train and develop applicators for white cement applications, new products on a regular basis in the assigned sales area. Organize and conduct factory visits of applicators to ensure their loyalty
• Provide handy samples of various white cement applications, new products to retail team for promotion through retail network
• Approach the influencer (painter, builder, architect) to request to conduct site sampling. Co-ordinate with project personnel for timely execution of sampling activities and seek feedback on the product quality
• Train zonal sales team as well as stockist sales team on product knowledge, features etc to encourage sales. Solve the product & applications related problems & queries of team members on a regular basis
• Visit sites and provide training to the painters, regarding application of the products, thereby creating product awareness and loyalty
• Execute the development of reference sites, as identified by the Zonal CASC executive.

Sales Activation

• Execute retail outlet visits to drive sales as per the defined plan thus contributing to market share and profitability .
• Assist non trade sales personnel in technical presentation for tender application process.

Product Development / Improvements / Safety

• Conduct testing of new products and provide test report to R&D team .
• Conduct monthly quality checks of the products stored in godown and certify the extent of damage, if any. Train the labourers on practices for safe handling of the products.

Customer Experience and Relationship Management

• Visit sites and physically examine the application sites and attend to customer complaints if any.
• Provide technical support to customer thus enabling better customer experience .
• Inspect godowns for safety aspects and suggest measures for rectification and conduct primary damage assessments .
• Attend to all customer complaints and ensure quick closure, including co-ordination with R&D for resolution to complex issues.
