Division Production -Formwork & Scaffolding

Critical Skills & Personal Attributes :

• Experience in the experience in formwork or equivalent field/sector with good knowledge in drawing reading, mfg. processes, welding, product development & fixtures mfg./Dev.and in areas of having through knowledge of VMC, HMC, VTL, CNC, HBM, HNK, 5 Axis machine.
• Candidate shall have knowledge about different Raw Materials, Machining processes, tooling, Manpower handling, OEE Improvement, Gemba kaizen, New product development, Quality Tools, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA.
• Candidate shall have knowledge about Special Processes like HT, Hot Dip Galvanizing, forging, laser Cutting, Bending(Press Brake), Stamping & Pressing, Zinc plating, Powder coating, Blasting & Painting, phosphating.
• Familiar with general engineering, assembly drawings, customer specifications-EN & ASME, quality plan, operation process, procedures etc.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, testing and assembly sequences.
• Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Engineering and Technology Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
• Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Complex Problem Solving —Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Main responsibility :

1. Aline all resources for customer satisfaction i.e. OTS 100%, PPM below 200.
2. Develop, implement and standardize procedures for each Manufacturing process.
3. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, Yearly production plans & Action plans to complete the targets (6M plans).
4. Execution of NPD projects as per customer’s expectations.
5. Monitoring the KPI & KRA of all the team members to keep, quality, cost and on time delivery on target.
6. Identify NVA (Non Value added activity) with Gemba and implement actions.
7. Control on variable cost like Inventory control, Manpower cost control, Consumables cost controls, power cost, Maintenance cost, etc.
8. Responsible for plant P & L.

Knowledge :

• Software —AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, Advance Excel, Planning SoftwareGood knowledge of all International codes & standards (EN & ASME).
• Working Knowledge of SAP
• Familiar with all ISO/ IMS/ API Procedures and Documentation.
