2. Achieve the settargets on MLAP Loans in terms of open market acquisition and existingpotential customer conversion

3. Maintain database of the prospects,meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter

4. Attend X (to be defined) number ofprospects in a day/week/month to generate leads and references for MLAP Loans

5. Shouldbe ready to travel extensively across the catchment area of the location tobuild the base of business

7. Interact with customers in a courteousand professional manner; provide prompt, efficient and accurate services andestablish professional relationship with them, with a long-term perspective

8. Guarantee confidential treatment of allthe information gathered from customers and demonstrate the highest order ofintegrity as per the code of conduct of the organization

10. Carry out the pre andpost-loan activities related to MLAP Loans, perform simple financial analysis,present the loan applications to the sanctioning committee by adhering to theset TAT & prioritize the repayment of loans to preserve the portfolioquality

11. Visit the customersbusiness and home to do the assessment/evaluation, following the ProductPolicy procedures.

12. Coordinate with thecredit department in case of identifying discrepancies or problems incustomers information, reports, etc. through Cluster Manager MLAP

13. Innovation & Learning

14. Maintain up to date knowledge of MLAPproduct as well as a working knowledge of other products offered in the branch

15. Inform Cluster Manager MLAP about the demand in his/her assigned branch catchment as well as on thecompetition on a regular basis

16. Ensure adherence to training man-days/mandatory training programs for self
