Job Description
We are looking for someone who can work both independently and very collaboratively with web team members and other departments across the company. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize deadlines and have a strong eye for detail. You are an ambitious Mid-Weight Designer looking to make a long-term impact. As the Designer, reporting to the Lead designer, you will work on innovative fintech apps, branding, website, social media and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for an independent and confident designer who enjoys client interaction to join.
- Excellent understanding of Figma, Keynote or Powerpoint
- Designing consistent and user-friendly designs. UX skills are required
- Mastery of the design fundamentals, great attention to detail and pixel-perfect creative output
- High fidelity prototyping-Design using Figma and principle (when required)
- Must have design system experience.
- Supporting user research & testing.
- Brainstorming and creating ground-breaking concepts.
- Participating in meetings and discussions.
- Developing and supporting visual direction.
- Ideally 3-6 years experience, but open to all levels that can demonstrate the right abilities and drive
- Absolute team player, possessing the confidence to collaborate and contribute within a multidisciplinary team, earning and holding their seat at the table.
- Ideally a degree in a design-related course. However, we are really excited to hear from applicants with a great attitude, work ethic, and ambition to make a big difference with us.
