Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with the organization's values and business objectives.
• Best Practices Implementation: Identify and integrate industry-leading sustainability practices to enhance the organization's ESG performance.​
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to embed ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.​
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on ESG initiatives, progress, and key impact metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.​
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed ESG reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders, including impact investors.​
• Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for impact investors, addressing their requirements and ensuring timely submissions.​
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about evolving ESG regulations, trends, and reporting frameworks, particularly those relevant to MSMEs, ensuring the organizations adherence to legal requirements.
