About The Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and be proficient in both graphic design and video editing, capable of producing high-quality visuals for digital, print, and video content across multiple platforms. The role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to collaborate across teams, and strong technical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, email templates, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create consistent brand imagery and design assets.
• Create compelling visual content that supports both short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Apply creative solutions to design challenges while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and YouTube.
• Work closely with the creative team to understand project objectives, create storyboards, and produce videos that align with the brand’s voice and vision.
• Handle the end-to-end video production process, including cutting, color correction, sound design, and final mastering.
• Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring quality and compatibility across different media formats.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the content team, copywriters, and marketing departments to ensure that designs and videos align with campaign goals.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas to enhance the visual and video content strategy.
• Present design and video concepts to stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Should have 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing & video editing
• Should be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, aftereffects, Adobe Premiere PRO, Final Cut PRO, Filmora and other design/edit/multimedia tools.
• Must be a self-motivated individual who can work in a challenging environment
• Ability to learn new things on an ongoing basis.
• Basic knowledge of Video Editing.
• Should be detail-oriented, well organized, and timeline driven.
