Manager - Data Privacy (4-10 yrs)

Technical Skills Sets

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Knowledge and Exposure to General Data Privacy Regulation, Singapore PDPA and other Global Data Privacy Regulations.

- Understanding of Digital Personal Data Protection Bill of India

- Skill of interpretation of national guidance and legislation and subsequent local implementation.

- Knowledge of Personal Data Lifecycle Management, Privacy by Design concepts, risk management & data security areas.

- Familiarity with Data Discovery concepts and technical interpretation & implementation.

- Implementation knowledge of Privacy Tools like One-Trust and/or Big ID

- Knowledge of Data Privacy/Information Governance disciplines.

Job Profile:

- Ensure Organization's compliance with the Data protection & privacy legislation in India and other countries (where organisation has set-up offices or subsidiaries).

- Manage Organization's Data Privacy strategy in India and abroad, including the development and implementation of Organization's Data Privacy Policy and Procedures.

- Perform the tasks identified and assigned by the DPO to drive, monitor and support the privacy program

- Technical expertise in implementing and supporting Privacy tools and Technologies like One-Trust, Big-ID etc.
