Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead a team of developers in building scalable and efficient applications using modern tools and technologies.

- Full Stack Development : Build robust, enterprise-grade software leveraging Spring Boot (Java 17) and Angular 17.

- API Design : Develop and maintain high-performance REST APIs and ensure seamless integration across services.

- Microservices Architecture : Design and implement scalable microservices for distributed systems.

- Event-Driven Solutions : Work with Kafka Queues to enable event-driven architectures.

- Caching : Implement effective caching solutions using Redis or Elastic Cache to improve system performance.

- Containerization : Leverage tools like Kubernetes or OpenShift to deploy and manage containerized applications.

- CI/CD & Observability : Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, integrate security tools like Snyk, and monitor systems using Grafana and Prometheus.

- Database Management : Design data models, optimize queries, and handle database management using PostgreSQL, including PL/SQL programming.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 9-10 years of software development experience.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Technical Proficiency :

- Expertise in Spring Boot and Angular.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JPA, and Microservices-based development.

- Exposure to event-driven architecture with Kafka.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Kubernetes.

- Experience with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.

- Good to Have: Working knowledge of Camunda 8 for workflow automation.
