Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for leads generation and completion of the team target.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team by providing strong, experience-led mentorship.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Develop a team through continuous upskilling & training programs, thereby building capabilities.
• Develop and monitor client retention strategies for the region
• Providing necessary in-house & On-field training and guidance to team members.
• Work closely internally with Bank teams for new customers addition.
• To understand client business models, trade related activities etc. and identify opportunities and grow client relationships
• Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes.

• Should hold knowledge of MSME/Agri Loan
• Excellent in team handling
• Solid understanding of the potential of the local market
• Manage tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
