Senior Software Engineer Ecommerce and Digital

Location: Indore, (MP) India
Responsibilities:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience working in some capacity with the Software Development Life Cycle.

• 3 years in front and back end web and mobile app development, preferably both doing custom development and using a product like magento or salesforce commerce cloud.

• Experience leading technical teams in an agile environment is required; Scrum master certification desirable.

• Ability to write SQL, Python, C#, and/or other domain-specific coding.

• 3-5 years developing solutions, hands on experience.

• Ability to translate business stories into technical design and document work in technical stories.

• Learns quickly when facing new problems, enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks, and is willing to experiment and try anything to find solutions.

• Participates in Agile inceptions, document technical work in technical stories, and estimate (using agile points/story sizing techniques) the work effort required to complete those stories.

• Participate in all agile rituals including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, story huddles, retrospectives and creation of burn up charts. Ensure that all work is captured in Jira.

• Provide development support based on in-depth product and technical knowledge with hands on development using ecommerce and mobile technologies like Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Fastly, Akamai, React, and Node JS.
