Job Description
- The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a specific focus on staffing needs critical to the success of Zerozilla Infotech Private Limited.
- The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in staffing, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop and hiring plans
- Has Strong Experience in Staffing (contract) and FTE (Full Time Employment)
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and forecast future talent requirements. This involves analysing the organization s growth plans, budget, and current workforce composition.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition. This knowledge helps in adapting strategies and attracting the best talent.
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as hiring managers and senior executives.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters or HR professionals. This involves providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR and recruitment technologies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. This helps in identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the recruitment process.
- Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Prepare Dashboard
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in staffing and recruitment, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
