The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a specific focus on staffing needs critical to the success of Zerozilla Infotech Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
Develop and hiring plans
Has Strong Experience in Staffing (contract) and FTE (Full Time Employment)
Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and forecast future talent requirements. This involves analysing the organization s growth plans, budget, and current workforce composition.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition. This knowledge helps in adapting strategies and attracting the best talent.
Lead employment branding initiatives
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Assist in employee retention and development
Supervise recruiting personnel
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as hiring managers and senior executives.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters or HR professionals. This involves providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Stay up-to-date on the latest HR and recruitment technologies and tools.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. This helps in identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the recruitment process.
Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Prepare Dashboard
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5 + years of experience in staffing and recruitment, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Strong understanding of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
