➢ All India exposure (Must have resided at minimum 2 regions, regions being North, East, West & South).
➢ Must have team handling of minimum 200 people.
➢Should have Exposure to Doctors and Hospital working.
➢ Collaborate with other C-suite executives to align sales goals with overall business objectives. ➢ Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
➢ Set ambitious sales goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
➢ Identify and develop new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive revenue.
➢ Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.
➢ Build, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
➢ Define performance metric, evaluate team performance, & implement training programs.
➢ Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
➢ Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's products or services.
➢ Analyze sales data, forecasts, and KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making.
➢ Optimize the sales process, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
➢ Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
