Customs Executive (G Card Holder)

Responsibilities: G Card Holder Mandatory
Manage end-to-end coordination with customs for all freight operations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor and report on market trends to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
Minimum of 3-7 years experience in a customer operations role within the transport and logistics industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and customs.
Proficient understanding of business operations and market dynamics within the logistics sector.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
