DIGITAL DESIGNER AND PACKAGING DESIGNER

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Designer and Packaging Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital platforms, packaging materials, illustrations, and marketing
collateral. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop innovative design concepts that align with our brand identity and objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their proficiency in digital design, packaging design, illustration design, and marketing design.

Responsibilities:
Digital Creatives:
Design and develop visually compelling graphics, banners, social media assets, and other digital materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital campaigns and advertisements that effectively communicate brand messages and engage the target audience.
Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, and visual styles across various digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools relevant to digital design.
Packaging Design:
Create packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with the brand's identity and target market.
Develop packaging concepts from initial sketches to final artwork, considering factors such as product specifications, legal requirements, and production constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure packaging designs meet the desired objectives and standards.
Conduct market research to identify packaging trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences to inform the design process.
Illustration Design:
Produce high-quality illustrations that enhance the visual impact of various marketing materials, packaging designs, and digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and create original illustrations that effectively communicate brand messages and narratives.
Ensure illustrations align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different design assets.

Utilize a variety of artistic techniques and digital tools to create visually appealing and unique illustrations.
Marketing Design:
Develop creative designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, and other promotional items.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into visually compelling designs.
Ensure marketing designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.
Adapt and optimize designs for different marketing channels, including print and digital platforms.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Digital Designer, Packaging Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, packaging design, illustration design, and marketing design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Ability to meet project deadlines and work well under pressure.
