Manager-Internal Audit & Control-Rudrapur

Role & responsibilities :

The Manager of Internal Audit will be responsible for leading and managing the internal audit function, promoting best practices in risk management and internal controls, Developing various IT systems. This role involves conducting audits for various departments and functions of the company, assessing risk management processes, and collaborating with IT department for development of systems and further collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile :

Audit Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Lead and conduct audits across various departments to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with policies, and operational efficiency.

Risk Assessment:

• Identify and assess potential risks that may impact the organizations operations and objectives.
• Collaborate with management to develop risk mitigation strategies.

Reporting:

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Present audit findings to senior management and the audit committee, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

IT systems:

• Developing and testing various IT systems for various departments.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.

Continuous Improvement:

• Evaluate and improve internal audit methodologies and practices.
• Promote awareness of risk management and internal controls throughout the organization.
