Position: Assistant Manager - Estate Operations
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Operation & Maintenance of Electricals Systems such as HT/LT Switch Gears, Transformer, Switch Yards, AB Switch, DG, UPS etc.,
2. Operation & Maintenance of Fire Protection & Fire Fighting Systems Includes Pumps, Panels and Announcing systems.
3. Operation & Maintenance of Sewage Treatment plant inclusive of TTP and WTP system.
4. Operation & Maintenance of the Overall Estate with ensuring regular compliance and safety aspects.
5. Responsible for Tracking and maintaining the Estate Financial process.
6. Responsible for procuring/tracking and maintaining the spares/stocks.
7. Ensure to monitor and to control the overall Estate as per the SOP.
8. Responsible for Co-ordination of the competent authority inspection and visits to the Estate.
9. Responsible for Team management, attendance and training.
10. Responsible for selecting/allocating the suitable resources for the Estate and maintaining the respective documents.
11. Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports, Estate Audits tracking & documentation to be done and also required to submit to the management for the review.
12. Ready to travel to any site across India as per management's decision or instructions for any assistance if required.
Preferred: Preferring for the candidate holding a valid Electrical License issued by Tamil Nadu State Govt.
