Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven professional to lead our prestigious coaching institute in Ahmednagar as the Center Head. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful management and growth of the branch, focusing on delivering exceptional coaching services for JEE/NEET aspirants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve academic and business goals for the branch.
• Drive admissions growth and ensure the branch meets or exceeds revenue targets.
• Establish and maintain the institutes reputation for excellence in JEE/NEET coaching.

2. Academic Oversight:

• Supervise and monitor the delivery of quality teaching and curriculum adherence.
• Work closely with the academic team to ensure outstanding results in JEE/NEET exams.
• Conduct regular reviews of student performance and implement improvement measures.

3. Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of highly qualified faculty and support staff.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to ensure high employee satisfaction.
• Conduct regular meetings to address faculty concerns and align them with branch goals.

4. Student and Parent Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, addressing concerns promptly.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions to enhance student engagement and motivation.
• Monitor and ensure high satisfaction levels among students and parents.

5. Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the branch.
• Maintain discipline, high standards of cleanliness, and a conducive learning environment.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently.

6. Marketing and Outreach:

• Plan and execute promotional activities to increase the institutes visibility and attract students.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, and local stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the education industry, preferably in JEE/NEET coaching.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of JEE/NEET exam patterns, syllabus, and coaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality educational services.
