TVE Certification Services Pvt Ltd is looking for EDP Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Data Processing: Operate computer systems to process and manage data according to established procedures. Monitor and control data input, output, and processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Perform data entry, data validation, and data correction as needed. Batch Processing: Execute batch processing jobs, ensuring that scheduled tasks are completed on time. Monitor batch job queues, troubleshoot errors, and resolve issues that may arise during processing. System Monitoring: Monitor computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure proper functioning. Identify and address system errors, malfunctions, and performance bottlenecks. Backup and Recovery: Perform data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness. Test and verify data backups to ensure their effectiveness. System Maintenance: Install software updates, patches, and upgrades as needed. Perform routine system maintenance tasks to optimize system performance. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of data processing activities, system maintenance, and incidents. Document procedures, job schedules, and troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues affecting data processing and system performance. Collaborate with IT support teams for more complex technical problems. Security Compliance: Adhere to security protocols and policies to safeguard data and maintain the confidentiality of information. User Support: Provide assistance to users in case of data access issues, software usage, or technical questions. Ensure users have necessary access rights and permissions. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to streamline data processing workflows and enhance system efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certifications in IT may be preferred. Proven experience as an EDP Operator or in a similar role. Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications. Familiarity with batch processing, data entry, and data management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing. Effective communication skills for collaborating with IT teams and users. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Understanding of data security principles and best practices.
