Sr. Analyst - GC- Food Testing Laboratory - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Technically competent & Expertise in Residual analysis & handling of Instrument- GC
• Preparation of the Standard operating procedures and the work instructions. Ensure that the tests are done in accordance with the method
• Validation of the test methods and establish and standardize the new methods and tests as required by the market
• To ensure that the national and international standards are available for all tests and are followed while conduct of these test
• Maintain the Reference Materials in the laboratory and monitor their use
• Monitor the equipment maintenance and verification plan & calibration schedule & its implementation
• Calculation of the UOM for the tests in their respective departments and in house calibrations
• To maintain turnaround time
• Correctness of the analytical results
