Manager- Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Coordination: Coordinate and gather key strategic inputs in alignment with the industrials Services division and regional Y-o-Y plans, ensuring alignment with the 2026 strategy.
• Business Review Support: Support monthly business review meetings by preparing comprehensive data reports, reviewing key action points, and following up on agreed actions to ensure timely execution.
• Investment & Business Plan Review: Lead the first-level review of large investment projects, including EVA (Economic Value Added) analysis, and prepare notes for senior management to support decision-making processes.
• Project Costing & Finalization: Oversee the review and finalization of large project costings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regional, divisional, and corporate guidelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper handling of cost estimates and project budgets within the Industry Services sector.
• Service Portfolio Development & Team Competency Enhancement: Support the upgrade of the service portfolio and the continuous development of team competencies, including collaborating with other divisions, external experts, and corporate teams to create and refine new services.
• Management Presentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of presentations for various management meetings by analyzing, streamlining, and consolidating relevant data and information from all Business Units within Industry Services.
• Industry Expertise: Bring expertise in the industry-specific fields of process, energy, and customer interface, and provide insights on market trends, policies, and customer needs within the ASMEA region.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in strategy, business planning, or financial analysis in industrial services (ASMEA region preferred).
• Strong industry knowledge in process, energy, and customer interface.
• Skilled in financial analysis, project costing, and EVA.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• BE in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering.
• Additional certifications in business or financial analysis are a plus.
