Designing and executing standard operating procedure for various operational processes
Team Management
Team handling of security, housekeeping and technical staff.
Budgeting, billing and ensuring 100% collections of maintenance and keeping proper record of the same.

4-5 Years out of which at least 2 Years in facility management field.
Education
Any Graduate; Post Graduation in Administration or Operations is preferred
Certification
Any certification of customer orientation or programme management is preferred
Computer Proficiency
General computer work knowledge will be added advantage.
Age
Preferences
Person from Defence background will be given preference. Person who is able to handle team, client interaction, open to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Forecast and open to face daily challenges about manpower at site and work under external pressure.
Fairly good Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills, Self Motivator and can maintain confidentiality
