Senior Interior Manager - Technical

• Design

- Collaborate with design teams to integrate technical feasibility with creative intent.

- Ensure materials, finishes, and technical solutions are aligned with design goals and functional requirements.

• Technical

- Prepare and review GFC drawings, tender documentation, and technical specifications for interiors.

- Develop and finalize detailed drawings for partitions, false ceilings, custom furniture, and non-standard elements.

-Prepare BOQs & Estimates

• Project Delivery

- Ensure technical quality and accuracy of deliverables across all interior project stages, from design development to execution while adhering to project budget

- Resolve technical challenges during detailing and site execution.

• Coordination

- Expertise in planning and executing technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with timelines and overall project requirements.

• Project Management

- Capable of guiding and training junior staff in technical processes, quality standards, and workflows.

- Ensure team adherence to office SOPs and maintain high levels of productivity and technical consistency.

• Other Responsibilities

- Advanced skills in Archicad, AutoCAD and BIM workflows to deliver accurate and efficient drawings.
