Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales/Non IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales and bulk hiring. Experience in recruiting for non-IT roles is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for sales and bulk hiring requirements.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks as required.
- Ensure timely and successful fulfillment of recruitment requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements, provide recruitment solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales and Non IT hiring.
- Experience in recruiting for non-IT roles is essential.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple requirements.
- Experience in other HR functions is added advantage
- Hindi and English communication is mandatory.
