Job Description
- Participate in code reviews and engage in design discussions, providing valuable insights and suggestions
- Offer constructive feedback on product specifications and mock-ups, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and user needs
- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement robust and efficient solutions using React, Node.js, and AWS technologies
- Take ownership of assigned projects, from conception to delivery, adhering to project timelines and consistently producing high-quality code
- Identify and address any performance bottlenecks or technical challenges, employing troubleshooting skills to ensure seamless user experiences
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of the companys products and services
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and AWS, preferably in a professional setting
- Proven expertise in code review and design discussions, with a keen eye for quality and strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on product specifications and mock-ups, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility
- Nice to have some understanding and experience with JavaScript
- Demonstrated track record of successful project ownership, delivering results within defined timelines in an Agile development environment
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and keeping pace with evolving industry trends and best practices
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
