Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and upgrade the flagship Flutter app alongside potential work on the React Native mobile apps
- Lead the maintenance and upgrading of our Flutter-based mobile app, ensuring compatibility with the latest Flutter versions and dependency libraries
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and functionalities post-upgrade
- Work directly with Firebase for data storage, understanding, and optimizing the direct communication between the mobile client and Firebase
- Apply your knowledge of React and React Native to potentially contribute to our other mobile applications
- Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization
- Stay abreast of developments in Flutter, React, and mobile application development to suggest and implement cutting-edge solutions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Flutter Developer
- Extensive experience working with Flutter development for mobile platforms
- Prior experience with React and/or React Native
- Familiarity with Firebase and direct client-to-Firebase communications
- Solid understanding of the mobile development life cycle
- Possess a talent for creating superior mobile applications
- Experience in upgrading Flutter and its dependencies to maintain app functionality and compatibility
- Ability to work across multiple codebases, including transitioning between Flutter and React Native projects is desirable
- Some prior experience in app store deployment and compliance is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps is nice to have
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
