Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop full-stack code using diverse languages such as Java, Ruby, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks/libraries like Rails, Serverless, React, and Spring MVC
- Engage in Product team planning and retrospective meetings to establish work scope and drive ongoing product and process improvements
- Improve development processes through automated testing, internal utilities, and documentation, ensuring code understanding and enablement for team members
- Own software release monitoring, defect identification, and improvement efforts, track success metrics, and execute QA plans for your work
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience working as a software engineer
- 2+ years of experience working with Ruby, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
- Possess solid software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, familiarity with datastores, and expertise in all layers of full-stack web application development
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in Slack, presentations, write-ups, and Github discussions
- Well versed and outstanding logical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both conversational and written
