Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide AI-powered solutions to streamline the CRM systems data entry and case tracking
- Create algorithms that manage large and complex instances efficiently
- Use natural language processing (NLP) to parse and update case files with unstructured case notes
- Utilize AI to condense long medical records and retrieve important data
- Improve the integrity of CRM data with AI-driven workflows for inspection and correction
- Reduce manual labor and expedite legal team workflows with AI solutions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an AI Engineer
- Demonstrable experience working with Python
- Prolific experience with Machine Learning Frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras for developing and training AI models
- Extensive experience using NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Faces Transformers for processing and analyzing unstructured text data (e.g., client notes, medical records)
- In-depth knowledge of SQL for querying databases and possibly NoSQL for unstructured data storage
- Familiarity working with CRM systems
- Excellent proficiency in English, encompassing both verbal and written communication skills
