Senior Back-End Engineer

• Take ownership of projects from inception to production
• Work with a nimble team of committed and talented engineers
• Have a large, long-term impact on the technical design and engineering culture
• Own the architecture, set the technical vision, and evolve the implementation of the company s technology
• Partner with Product, Design, and stakeholders to advance the product vision, iterate on customer feedback, and lead the expansion of the platform into the new verticals
• Help establish and influence engineering processes, tools, and systems that will allow the team to scale the code base, productivity, and accelerate product velocity

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
• Broad set of technical skills
• Experience in Fintech
• Proficiency in Python (with Django framework) and JavaScript
• Nice to have some experience with HTML and AlpineJS libraries
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
• Nice to have prior experience in the Payments industry (card issuers, program managers, processors, and payment gateways)
