Job Description
- Help the existing team to create the product roadmap
- Define the role and scope out the data science vertical for the team
- Work with stakeholders, lead a team, have a vision for the product, and be independent
- Identify problems and make recommendations on how to tackle them
- Act as a mentor and help engineers and cross-functional teams to find solutions to development problems
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a data scientist
- Extensive experience working with PHP, MySQL, Apache, and Linux
- Prior experience in AI/ML/Mathematical Modeling
- Familiarity with AWS Redshift or Snowflake is nice to have
- Prior experience working with VC or Finance firms is desirable
- Excellent English communication skills
