Job Description
- Take ownership of the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of the products built/configured for the research community and used across the organization
- Work closely with the scientific research community on data pipelining, script and app creation, QA/QC, and machine learning
- Participate in all aspects of software development like design, development, testing, maintenance, and support
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
- Prolific experience working in a scientific lab environment
- Extensive experience with MATLAB, DOI's published, and scientific disciplines like Microbiology, Neuroscience, Biochemistry, etc
- Nice to have some familiarity with R, C++, and Python
- Ability to work well without being micromanaged
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
