Build Connect Flows on AWS Connect and additional customizations, such as queuing profiles, routing profiles, user management, security profiles, quick connect, claiming numbers, and integration with third-party CRM systems like Salesforce
Collaborate with the leadership and important stakeholders to collect requirements and put internal changes into place
Across a variety of profiles and lines of business, architect customer-focused support experiences
Maintain a strict timeline while juggling several projects and deliverables at once
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
Prolific experience working with Amazon Connect or a call center technology
Demonstrable experience with AWS Lambda, and API Integrations
Familiarity with IVR, CTI, and Workflow
Working knowledge of cloud contact center technologies such as S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and CloudWatch as well as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Lambda function (Python, Node.js)
In-depth knowledge in Salesforce or Data Engineering
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
