Job Description
- Develop and maintain robust back-end systems using Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and high-performance back-end architectures
- Proactively monitor and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency
- Act as a technical mentor, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members
- Ensure data security and privacy through advanced encryption and access controls
- Lead R&D efforts to assess and integrate emerging technologies into company projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the tech industry
- A minimum of 1+ year/s of experience with Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
