Back-End Engineer

• Own high-level initiatives while working with cross-functional teams
• Add additional functionality to the current platform, such as processor certifications and integrations, as well as features and enhancements related to payments
• Create software and provide support for it, including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality
• Develop precise and effective programs using unit tests in accordance with the specifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
• Demonstrable experience working with PHP and AWS
• Prior experience with serverless technologies like EC2 instances, load balancers, etc.
• Extensive payment experience
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL is nice to have
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
