- Participate actively in the creation of the organization's tools, services, and platforms as a key member of the development team
- Review and participate on a regular basis in ongoing team practices and approaches improvement in order to increase team effectiveness and enhance service delivery
- Use tools and creativity wisely to find flaws and correct them before they become issues
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Back-end Developer
- Extensive experience working with Java, React, and PostgreSQL
- Prior experience working heavily with algorithm and data structures
- Some experience working in a startup environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication skills
