• Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience:
• Prior experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role is beneficial.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
