About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer who can deeply understand user needs and translate feedback into actionable insights. Your work will help craft intuitive and impactful solutions for our e-commerce and SaaS platforms, leveraging modern tools and technologies, including AI-driven design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user feedback to uncover core problems beyond surface-level issues.
• Conduct user interviews to identify challenges and pain points.
• Translate user feedback into clear problem statements by exploring context, impact, and frequency.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop solutions based on well-defined problem statements.
• Document findings into clear, actionable problem definitions.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer working on B2B (enterprise) tools, especially those involving data-heavy applications, and experience in designing visual workflows for data management tools, such as dashboards or multi-layered data views, with a focus on user research and problem-solving.
• Strong preference for industry-specific experience.
• Proficiency in design tools, specifically Figma and familiarity with user testing and analytics tools like Clarity and Hotjar.
• Experience or familiarity with integrating Generative AI tools (e.g., LLMs) into design workflows.
• Strong ability to analyze feedback, simplify complex problems, and deliver actionable insights.
