Enterprise Risk Manager - Manufacturing Co MNC

Job Description:

- The Risk Manager would be responsible for risk management activity for the entire company (including the overseas subsidiaries).

- The Risk Manager would liaise with the function / BU risk coordinators to manage flow of information between them and the Risk Management Committee (RMC).

- Would be responsible to ensure that the Risk Management Committee meetings are held as required, to review the risks identified.

- Plan and participate in the implementation of effective risk identification processes, management and mitigation procedures.

- Co-ordinate with risk owners and conduct risk assessments and ensure controls are in place to mitigate identified risks.

- Keep the Enterprise Risk Register updated with the relevant risks and the measures taken to mitigate the identified risks.

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience with Certification in Risk Management (CRM).

- Possess domain knowledge on Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM).

- Experience of around 5 to 6 years in Risk Management function in a listed company.

- Strong interpersonal relationship skills, verbal & written communication skills.

- CA or MBA Finance.
