Job Description
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and report bugs and errors within the Salesforce Loyalty Cloud environment
- Conduct both manual and automated tests to ensure the software created by developers fits its purpose
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests and document testing phases and defects
- Work closely with software developers to create software manuals and quality assurance documentation
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and its functionalities
- Experience in developing and executing manual and automated test cases
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Adept at creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience with performance and\/or security testing is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
