Position

Project Executive - Operation & Maintenance Supervisor

Primary Role

• Operation & maintenance of solar plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine operation and maintenance (O&M) activities for solar PV systems, including cleaning, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Record and report daily operational data, including energy generation, losses, and maintenance activities.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults in solar equipment.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for procurement and maintenance needs.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging solar technologies.
• Contribute to documentation, including maintenance logs and performance analysis reports.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical

Experience

2 years - 3 years (Specific Solar Project / Solar Power Plant Operation & Maintenance)

Age

28 Years and above (non-negotiable)

Rs. 4 lLPA + CI + PI
