TROOLOGY is hiring for a UX/UI Designer with experience in Adobe Photoshop, XD, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences that meet user needs and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create user-centered designs that align with project goals and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Develop user personas, user stories, and user journeys to guide design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation is technically feasible and meets usability standards.
Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor s or Masters in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field from any Discipline
At least 2 to 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or product development environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
Should have experience in UX/UI Designs for Web, Mobile & Software Applications.
Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or Axure,Adobe Photoshop, XD, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects.
Should have experience in Video Creation & Editing
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
