High-Impact Program Execution: Ability to build and execute company-wide, scalable people programs that directly impact business success.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong ability to analyze people data, predict workforce trends, and influence executive decision-making.
Leadership & Executive Influence: Proven experience advising senior leaders and driving board-level people strategy discussions.
Change Management Expertise: Ability to lead large-scale organizational change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact.
Preferred Experience:
Consulting or Business Strategy Background: Experience in strategy consulting, people operations, or high-growth startups is a plus.
Tech Startup or High-Growth Experience: Understanding of scaling people programs in a fast-moving environment.
HR or Business Analytics Expertise: Experience with predictive workforce planning, compensation modeling, or leadership assessment tools.
