Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Doctors/consultants will work on different types of projects/products/processes in the company based on the business required:
I. Case analysis and estimate provision:
Validate if the work plan addresses all the client s expectations
Help/guide staff to anticipate all possible queries proactively and address them in the estimate and the work plan
The consultants/MDs should go through the medical records along with the client instructions before coming for the case presentations
Provide Opinion questions that would be answe'red in the Opinion
II. Case presentation - MD panel
III. Audit and review of Medical Summary, Demand letters, etc:
Audit/review before the final delivery to the client
Verify all the critical information presented in the Summary by checking the original medical records submitted by the client. After completing the audit/review, submit input along with the QC score and comments
Take the ownership of the cases which are reviewed by them. Including, responding to clients if they revert with any query/discrepancy
IV. Opinion drafting:
Provide medical Opinion for the cases requested by the clients by answering all the specific/general questions /concerns/queries requested by the client with the available records, relevant to case.
Opinion must include reference from the standard database (eg UpToDate, MD Consult etc) and standard medical books
Should be open to the various constructive feedbacks given by the MD panel, US medical specialist and US attorney.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Looking for MD Specialist from General Medicine and General Surgeon
- Doctors will be working in Part-Time with minimum 4 hours to maximum 6 hours at office
- Timing can be flexible according to doctors convenience anytime between 8 am to 6 pm.
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Practice is preferred, and prior corporate experience is an added advantage.
- Doctors will have to come to the office on a regular basis and cannot accommodate with remote access or work from home option.
- Competitive remuneration package is offered
- Doctors will be provided with ample training on the area work before starting with the actual work.
- Basic computer knowledge in MS office, E-Mail access and typing speed is must.
- Excellent command of English Language in both oral and written is expected.
- Looking for Doctors "In" and "Around" 10 KMS from Anna Nagar to avoid much travelling.
