- Monitor Training Effectiveness: Regularly assess the success of your teaching methods and make necessary adjustments to optimize student learning outcomes.
- Experience: A minimum of 4-20 years of teaching or training experience in programming languages like C, C++, Java, and Python.
- Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Teaching Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex topics for better student understanding.
- Commitment to Teaching: A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students grow in their technical skills.
- Up-to-Date Knowledge: Continuously stay updated on the latest trends in technology and ensure that these insights are transferred to students
