Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role is focused on both residential and commercial property sectors, aiming to expand the companys client base and strengthen its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in both residential and commercial real estate sectors.
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market, including residential and commercial sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
